Illustration I made on my dear mom’s birthday.
Here are some references I used while creating this piece. The image of Bag End from the Lord of the Rings always makes me feel cozy and all warm, so I often get inspired by its design. Also, I added to the reference list my mother's oil painting with pumpkins as a fun Easter egg. Disney's squirrels were a good inspiration as well as some real animal photos I found on the web. Finally, one of my previous illustrations with a similar atmosphere was a good starting point.
